Aayaam International College organizes periodical skill development courses such as team building, language skills and employability skills trainings for its students. Students are exposed to industrial visits and field visits often to expose them to the organization cultures and practical exposure to industry and business practice. Students also go for various excursion tours to make students understand the tradition, culture and living of different part of the country.
Aayaam International College also encourages its students in participating in various sports related activities. It foster its students to organize sports events and various extracurricular events in the college as well as participate in competitions organized outside the college.
Various presentations, seminar and such activities develop leadership and make them understand the importance of team work within students and also develop self confidence. Regular guest lecture from successful industry leaders makes students understand various skills required by the industry to prepare themselves to be employable, what is actually needed at the end of the day.
